ADLs

Assisting with "Activities of Daily Living", which are basic self-care tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring (getting in and out of bed or a chair). These are the task that are performed everyday. Simply put, it means providing the support needed to those who are unable to do it themselves due to health conditions or disabilities.

Companionship

Staying with the client for part of a day when the client would otherwise be alone and performing nonmedical activities necessary to provide for the safety and comfort of the client.

Every-Day Home Task

In-home cleaning and meal preparation. (The client shall provide the necessary supplies.)

Transportation

Providing service in relation to needs described for escort service when not generally accompanied by the client. (If the client does accompany the provider, the provider shall not bill an additional amount for transportation.)
